What we do

This new automobile dealership was design built working hand in hand with the owner. The 17,000 square foot building was built in approximately eight months. The building has state of the art service bays as well as sales area and executive offices.

An 44,000 Sq. Ft. addition was added to the original dealership. After the addition was completed the original dealership was renovated to accommodate a new showroom. The addition and renovations were all completed while only missing one day of work to move. The new dealership houses a showroom, service center and bike storage area. The walls of the building are constructed with steel studs with an exterior insulated finish system 

This 9600 sq. ft. building was renovated from a warehouse into an automobile service center. The building can accommodate 10 to 12 vehicles. 

It was particularly challenging to create two stories in a one story building. The two stories allowed for a waiting room and service desk on the first floor and parts storage on the second. 

This office accommodates an orthodontic business on the main floor with a space to lease on the bottom floor.  

This gymnasium was built in three phases to accommodate this growing school's budget.  Block construction was used with brick veneer.  Locker rooms and a hardwood gymnasium floor were necessary components.

This property borders the Atlantic Ocean which created obstacles during construction.  The existing 1940's bungalow style house was removed.  Using the original footprint a new 4600 sq. ft. two story shingle style home was built with a raised patio.

This new addition to an older home includes an updated kitchen and a family room.  A home office was built over the garage.
